If on receipt of the product it is not as described, faulty, damaged or defective, you must notify in writing (Cancellation Notice) that you wish to return the purchase. The product should then be returned within fourteen (14) days beginning on the day on which the Cancellation Notice was given, in the same condition in which the product was received.
If the item is faulty, damaged or defective, return postage will be paid. If you decide you just do not like the item, you will need to cover the costs of return postage. All refunds will be paid by the same method as received.
